Welcome back! Today’s episode is a little bit different as Katharine and Seth sit down and hit “record” as they have a casual conversation about the importance of using their voices and speaking their truths. They talk about how their ability to express has changed for both of them over the course of their lives and give personal examples of this evolution. It may be surprising to know that both Katharine and Seth have struggled in the past with speaking up and being seen – despite now hosting this podcast and using their voices quite regularly. I guess we can all change!
This is a quieter more introspective and personal episode and we hope you get something out of it. Thank you as always for listening!

What a day it is — Katharine AND Seth are back together at last in this playful episode about letting go and what it means to surrender everything. Katharine discusses a book that has played a significant role in her life and her spiritual development and shares some revelations she’s had around reading it again (for the 4th time)! Seth says a few things too and asks some good questions. :) Then they tie this all in to how surrendering it all finally led them to clarity about what to do with they old house — over 18 months after the hurricane. Sometimes we don’t have answers yet, because it’s not time to make the move — but when you finally know, you just know!
As always, thank you so much for listening! And if you enjoyed this episode - please rate, review, and share it! Katharine is back after a brief (and again unplanned!) hiatus to talk about the feminine urge to burn things to the ground and start again. She shares her recent realization that although she is very expressive she still holds back speaking her deepest truth for fear of judgment. She ponders the thought that her desire to start over is simply a desire to live in alignment with her truth. She also shares her belief that the more we live in our own inner alignment, the more we are of service to those we love because our life becomes one holy moment after the next, as we become more open-hearted, truthful, and loving.
As always, thank you so much for listening! And please rate and share this episode if you enjoyed it!

Hello all and welcome to another solocast with our co-host Katharine Sullivan-Dawes! Today Katharine is reflecting on how the revolution truly starts at home. She speaks to her belief about how we must reflect on our inner values and align them with our actions, before we set out to "right" all of the "wrongs" of the world. She also discusses some personal negative stories she's uncovered in her own healing process lately, and how when we build from the unconscious energy of unworthiness, lack, and shame, it is impossible to build new systems that are in complete alignment with the new consciousness that is arising on this planet. This is a shorter episode, but we hope you enjoy this one and please as always, pass this along to anyone who you think would enjoy this or any other episode. See you soon!

In this special replay episode, Katharine and Seth depart from their typical podcast topics — and enjoy the fun and magic of the holidays. Katharine shares her top five Christmas movies and Seth creates themed cocktails for each! In the heaviness of sorting through flood insurance, buying new things, moving (again), and driving 10 hours to celebrate Christmas, Katharine and Seth decided it was more important this week to just do something super silly and ridiculous.
